Our senior management is comprised of a number of individuals with specialty  backgrounds in Marketing, Engineering and Manufacturing of precision electro-mechanical products. Each senior individual has a minimum of 20 years experience in the industry and has a demonstrated record of success in his/her particular discipline.

MAI's engineering group is comprised of a number of product specialists possessing advanced technical degrees and a dedicated support staff responsible for project management and document/configuration control. Our engineers regularly use a variety of advanced software programs including 3D solid modeling, FEA, CFD and other advanced analysis techniques to ensure optimized design and performance of our products.
