Dual mode hand pump.  Compact, double acting piston pump that provides a means to pressurize two engine-starting hydraulic accumulators during ground servicing.  The pump may be driven from an external power drive via a 1/2" sq. socket or manually via a handle.  Normal operating pressure is 3,000 psi; weight 4.8 lbs; capacity is 0.26 gpm at 375 rpm in external drive mode.
